When launching our all-in-one device in the summer of 2023, we wanted to push the envelope in terms of what the standard industry practice is for battery waste.
We were frustrated with the current systems for disposal, so we decided to take matters into our own hands by launching our own battery recycling program!

why this is an issue we should all care about
In January 2023 it was estimated that 11.9 million disposable vape devices (including nicotine) are purchased in the United States every month.
It is estimated that if we took all of the disposable vapes sold annually and lined them up side-by-side, it would extend over 7,000 miles - over TWICE the width of the continental US.
It is estimated that less than 8% of people recycle their disposable vape products - compared to the 91% of people who recycle paper products.
